How to use FireWatch Pro

For company owners and dispatchers

   Create your account

   Go to firewatchpro.watch and tap Sign Up. Enter your name and email, create a password, and type in the 6-digit code we email you.

   Pick your role

   For your role, pick Fire Watch Company. For your position, pick Owner. Each position shows what it can do.

   Add your company

   Type at least 3 letters of your company name to find it. If it is not there, tap Add New Company, then enter the company name and the email where invoices should go. FireWatch Pro bills $5 per tech-hour to the company running the watch, and less as your hours grow: Executive Contractor (400 to 1,000 tech-hours in a month) pays $4 and Executive Platinum Contractor (over 1,000) pays $3 per tech-hour, counting hours from November 1, 2026, so the first lower rate can start December 1, 2026. On the last screen, under Turn on alerts, tap Continue.
