Location Data: Our Service uses GPS and NFC technology to verify fire watch patrol compliance. Location data is collected when contractors scan NFC checkpoint tags during active fire watch shifts.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our Service, including pages visited, features used, and timestamps of actions taken.
Communication Data: We record SMS messages, voice calls, and in-app notifications sent through our alert system, including delivery status and responses.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain our fire watch compliance management Service
- Send SMS alerts, shift reminders, and escalation notifications
- Verify contractor presence at fire watch checkpoints via NFC and GPS
- Generate compliance reports for property managers and fire departments

SMS AND VOICE COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your phone number and creating an account, you consent to receive SMS messages and automated voice calls from FireWatch Pro related to fire watch operations, including shift reminders, missed check-in alerts, and escalation notifications. Message frequency varies based on your role and active fire watch assignments. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or contact support@firewatchpro.watch.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Property managers and fire departments as part of compliance reporting
- Your contracting company for scheduling and coordination purposes
- Service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., Twilio for SMS/voice, Base44 for hosting)
- Law enforcement or regulatory agencies when required by law
DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Service. Fire watch compliance records, including check-in logs, communication records, and patrol data, are retained for a minimum of 7 years to meet regulatory requirements.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission, secure authentication, and role-based access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
